How to use your wand:  Shake well before each use, and roll back and forth over active trigger points. Allow the roller to assist with the absorption of the solution. No need to manually rub it in.  We love using it on tight muscles, right after a workout, or after an extended period of time in front of a screen.  Temples, base of the neck, top of the shoulders, or a bothersome spot on your back are all great spots to apply your Mag Wand.  Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children.  Want MORE magnesium? We suggest soaking in our Mineral Bath at least once a week for deeper relaxation. 

Worth noting: Shake well before each use as this is a bi-phase product and requires a quick couple of shakes before each application.  Use on clean dry skin. If the roller's  plastic well that it sits in appears to have a residue, this is simply what rolls back into the rollers plastic well after you apply it, and does not impact the rest of the product. To remove this oxidized material, simply roll the wand on a paper towel until the well is cleared and continue to use your wand as you normally would.  Natural minerals are used in this formula and may cause your wands roller to occasionally  get 'stuck'. To unstick the roller, roll it over a paper towel a few times and your wand should be rolling smoothly.
