Shipping policy


Order Processing Time:

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an email to confirm. Once confirmation has been sent out, please allow for 3-5 business days to process your order and get it wrapped up and ready for the parcel service.  please note that there may be timeframes (such as big holidays) where our shipping department might need an extra few days to get your package ready for shipment, and in those cases we will do our best to keep you informed and up-to-date on order processing delays. 

 

Order Tracking:

Once all of your items are picked up by the parcel service provider, we will send an email with tracking information and the date you can expect your package to arrive. 

 

Where We Ship:

United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

 

Shipping Costs:

We make every effort to work with our shipping partners to keep costs low. We cannot control how much these prices may fluctuate, but we try to offer options that will fit every budget. Please note that since most of our products are stored in glass containers, this does impact shipping costs due to weight. 

 

LOCAL and CLINIC / SPA  DELIVERY OPTIONS: 

We do offer local drop-off delivery options for our clinical partners, spas, and local clients.  To explore this option, please reach out to us at hello@ploughandtemple.com 

 

Potential Parcel Service Interruptions Or Delays:

In unusual cases due to weather or other road issues or natural disasters, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.  We promise to do our best to communicate any issues with delays if they should arise.
