Refund policy
Due to the very nature of our products, we do not accept refunds / returns / exchanges unless your items have arrived damaged or you received the wrong order / incorrect items. Please understand that our intention is to provide you with efficient and thorough customer service that provides a fair solution. Please read our policies before making any purchases.

Damages and Issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that due to the very nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns unless the items are damaged upon receiving or of it's the wrong order. We will ask that you send us a clear photo (or photos) of the damaged goods / incorrect item, in order to better navigate your request.
Exchanges :
In the unusual case where we have sent you damaged / incorrect items, we are more than happy to replace them with the correct items as soon as possible. Refunds :
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund / exchange was approved or not. If approved, and a refund is the appropriate solution, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
